We’re excited to help bring more people through your doors.

This short, friendly agreement sets out what we both expect when our Members visit you.

It’s based on fairness, respect, and common sense.

 


 

1. Our Relationship

• You’re an independent business. MyLittleRewards is simply the connector - we help Members find you, and you deliver the experience.

• This is not a joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.

 


 

2. How We Treat Each Other’s Customers

• You agree to treat MyLittleRewards Members just like your best regulars - friendly, fair, and with the same quality of service.

• Our Members are your customers when they arrive. We ask that you:

     • Honour the booking and any rewards or offers attached.

     • Avoid extra charges unless clearly stated upfront.

     • Communicate changes or delays early and clearly.

 


 

3. No Funny Business

• Please don’t:

     • Try to redirect Members to book outside the platform to avoid commission.

     • Mislead, overpromise, or underdeliver on what’s been offered.

     • Collect or misuse Member data - especially email addresses or payment details.

 


 

4. If Something Goes Wrong

• If there’s a problem with a Member’s experience, you’ll handle it directly with them in a fair and timely way.

• Let us know if something serious happens - we’ll try to help if we can, but MyLittleRewards is not responsible for disputes or refunds.

 


 

5. Feedback and Complaints

• If we hear from Members about poor service, we’ll always try to get your side of the story first.

• Repeated complaints or no-shows may lead to a pause or end to our partnership. We’ll talk to you first before making a decision.

 


 

6. Marketing & Photos

• You keep the rights to your branding, photos, and content that you have provided us.

• You allow MyLittleRewards to use your images and info to promote you (on our site, socials, emails, etc.) royalty-free.

 


 

7. Bookings & Redemptions

• When a Member shows a QR code or confirmation, that’s their proof of booking and/or discount. Please scan or log it, so that we can all track redemptions and provide you with reporting and analytics around what is working for you and more importantly, pay you - in a timely manner.

• Make a reasonable effort to honour bookings, even during busy times.

• Keep your availability up to date to avoid overbooking.

 


 

8. Cancellations & No-Shows

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible - we’ll help inform the Member.

• Repeated short-notice cancellations may affect your listing.

• If a Member no-shows, let us know - we monitor both sides to keep things fair.

 


 

9. Payment & Commission

• MyLittleRewards may take a small commission on redemptions or bookings - these exact details are in your agreement with us and will be communicated again in onboarding and also in every payout.

• We’ll pay you promptly, usually within 30 days, and provide a full breakdown.

• Disputes over commission must be supported by clear evidence (e.g. fraud, duplicate use).

 


 

10. Safety & Legal Compliance

• You’re responsible for following all laws relevant to your business - this includes health, safety, food handling, insurance, and licensing.

• If your service involves alcohol, adult content, or age restrictions, you must check ID and comply with regulations.

• MyLittleRewards is not liable for how your business operates.

 


 

11. Data Privacy

• If we share Member info (e.g. names or contacts), you must:

     • Use it only to deliver the booked experience.

     • Not store or reuse it unless clearly authorised.

     • Handle it securely and in line with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and Privacy Act 1988.

 


 

12. Support & Communication

• We’re here to help if you need us - email us at support@mylittlerewards.com

• Please reply to urgent booking or customer service messages within 24 hours.

 


 

13. Legal Bits

• Our business here in Australia is governed by New South Wales, Australian law, and any disputes go to Sydney, NSW, Australia courts.

• Either side can end this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

• We may update these terms from time to time - we’ll let you know if we do.
